Returns & Exchanges

At Google Fashion, we want you to love your look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate via Account

  Log into your Google account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
